Session Title: Talkin' Bout My Generation

Session Description:

Things no longer look awful cold. On this talk, we will hear from three generations of industry professionals on where they are in their career, what goals they have set and what the future has in store for them. See how millennials have caused a big sensation, the GenX'ers won't let you put them down and that the baby boomer generation is not ready to fade away. The 'who' of this panel discussion will put three generations in one room. We will find out what makes them tick, where their motivation lies and how they plan to tackle the next stage in life. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact during this panel discussion.

Learning Objectives:
1. Hear from industry professionals on how they overcame challenges at certain stages of their career
2. Develop the skills necessary to anticipate what you will need to advance your career
3. Experience how these professionals took advantage of opportunities in their career
