Session Title: Climbing in Heels

Have you ever tried to climb a ladder in heels? Probably not. But as you can image, it wouldn’t be easy without finding your balance. Whether you’re climbing a personal ladder to achieve a goal, a corporate ladder to get that promotion, or even designing your own ladder one rung at a time in hopes of starting your own business; finding the right balance along the way is an important part of setting yourself up for success.

In today’s world we are constantly multitasking, unfocused, and overworked. We are juggling family time, personal time, and success in our career. But what if you could have it all? What if you could take a step back and really identify and dial in on the steps of that ladder? What does that balance look like to help you to achieve your goals? Determining your unique work-life balance can engage, energize, and elevate you and before you know it, you’re Climbing in Heels.
